By accessing CHOICEVIA, creating an account, buying a product, sharing an affiliate link or submitting a product, you agree to these Terms and the role-specific policies linked in our Policy Centre.

1. Platform role

CHOICEVIA provides a digital-product storefront, payment-connected delivery, affiliate tracking, seller review and earnings records. Some products are supplied by independent product owners, who remain responsible for their content and rights.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and use the portal only for lawful purposes. Accounts, links and codes may not be sold, transferred, duplicated or used to impersonate another person.

3. Products and orders

Products include eBooks, courses, templates, audio and other approved digital resources. The listing, final INR price and delivery format shown at checkout form part of the order. An order is accepted only after Cashfree confirms successful payment.

4. Affiliate partners

Affiliate commission is product-specific and may be offered from 0% up to 50%. It is confirmed only on properly attributed, Cashfree-verified PAID orders and remains subject to the Affiliate and Commission Policies.

5. Sellers and product owners

Sellers must provide accurate identity and payout details, own or hold sufficient commercial rights, and remain responsible for content, quality, delivery and legal compliance. CHOICEVIA may review, reject, suspend or remove any listing.

6. Fees and earnings

For seller marketplace sales, the final collected amount is reduced by the 10% CHOICEVIA platform fee, affiliate commission when attributed, the actual Cashfree deduction and applicable refunds, chargebacks, taxes or adjustments. The remaining reconciled amount is recorded as seller payable.

7. Prohibited conduct

Users must not upload illegal or infringing content, manipulate clicks or payments, make misleading claims, introduce malicious code, scrape private data, bypass access controls, spam customers or interfere with the portal.

8. Digital-use licence

Unless the listing says otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited personal-use right. Files or access may not be resold, publicly shared, copied or redistributed.

9. Suspension and availability

CHOICEVIA may restrict accounts, listings, links or transactions to protect users, investigate risk, respond to complaints or comply with law. We may correct errors, maintain the service or discontinue a product while providing an appropriate resolution for valid paid orders.

10. Limitation and responsibility

Digital content is supplied for its described purpose and may include educational opinions. To the extent permitted by law, CHOICEVIA is not responsible for indirect loss, unauthorised reliance, third-party platforms or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

Policies may be updated as the marketplace changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the displayed date. Contact support before continuing if you do not understand a rule.
