Affiliate partner policy

This policy applies to every person using a CHOICEVIA affiliate link, Partner ID or discount code.

1. Eligibility and account information

Affiliates must provide accurate name, mobile, location, social profile and payout information. One person should operate one genuine account. CHOICEVIA may request verification or suspend an incomplete, duplicate or misleading account.

2. Product commission

Each product has its own affiliate rate selected by CHOICEVIA or the approved product owner. The offered rate may be from 0% up to a maximum of 50% of the final collected sale amount. The applicable rate is displayed in the affiliate dashboard before a link is created.

3. When commission is confirmed

A commission becomes confirmed only after Cashfree reports the order as successfully paid and CHOICEVIA validates the attribution. Created, pending, failed, user-dropped, cancelled, refunded, disputed, duplicate or fraudulent orders do not earn final commission. A later refund or chargeback may reverse the related commission.

4. Attribution

The customer must complete checkout through the affiliate’s tracked link or valid code. Attribution shown in CHOICEVIA records is used for settlement. Browser restrictions, deleted cookies, another partner’s later link, incorrect codes or purchases outside CHOICEVIA may prevent attribution.

5. Responsible promotion

Affiliates may use truthful product information and approved creative material. They must not make false income, health, legal, spiritual or performance claims; impersonate CHOICEVIA or a seller; send spam; use misleading redirects; bid on protected brand terms without permission; or offer unauthorised cashback.

6. Self-referrals and manipulation

Artificial clicks, fake leads, self-purchases intended only to earn commission, multiple-account activity, payment manipulation and unauthorised use of another person’s identity are prohibited. Suspicious earnings may be held while reviewed.

7. Payout

Payout is made only against confirmed and available commission after account and payout details are verified. Applicable tax withholding, refund adjustments or other lawful deductions may apply. The dashboard and admin payout record provide the settlement history.

8. Suspension or termination

CHOICEVIA may pause links, withhold disputed amounts or suspend an account for policy breach, fraud risk, legal complaints or misuse. Legitimately confirmed, undisputed balances remain subject to verification and applicable law.
