Seller and product policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy applies to every creator or product owner listing a digital product on CHOICEVIA.
1. Seller verification
Sellers must submit accurate legal name, mobile, location, PAN where requested, and valid UPI or bank details. A seller account or payout may remain pending until CHOICEVIA completes its review.
2. Ownership and licences
The seller must own the product or possess written commercial rights to sell and distribute it. Uploading pirated books, copied courses, leaked files, unlicensed media, trademark misuse or content violating another person’s privacy or rights is prohibited.
3. Product standards
Listings must have an accurate title, description, INR price, suitable cover and working PDF or private delivery link. The product must match what is advertised, be readable and usable, and avoid illegal, deceptive, harmful or prohibited material.
4. Review and publication
Submitting a product does not make it public. CHOICEVIA admin may approve, reject, request changes, hide or remove a listing. Approval does not transfer responsibility for the product from the seller to CHOICEVIA.
5. Affiliate offer
A seller may offer an affiliate commission from 0% to a maximum of 50%. The chosen rate applies to an attributed, successfully paid sale. A higher commission can improve promotion but directly reduces the seller’s net earning.
6. Fees and seller earning
Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, withholding and approved adjustments may further affect the final balance. CHOICEVIA records the calculation in the seller ledger.
7. Delivery and customer support
The seller is responsible for maintaining an accessible, accurate product and helping resolve product-specific issues. CHOICEVIA may provide secure file delivery and order support but may contact the seller when replacement, correction or customer resolution is required.
8. Payout and reserves
Payout is available only for reconciled, paid orders and verified payout details. Amounts connected to disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review or incomplete Cashfree reconciliation may be held until resolved.
9. Removal and indemnity
CHOICEVIA may remove products or suspend sellers for complaints, rights violations, repeated delivery failures, misleading claims or policy breaches. The seller remains responsible for claims arising from their content, ownership, representations and legal compliance.
