CHOICEVIA uses the minimum information reasonably needed to operate its digital marketplace, affiliate tracking and settlement records.

Information we collect

Buyer information may include name, email, mobile, selected product, order value, payment status and delivery activity. Affiliate information may include contact, location, content niche, social profiles, Partner ID, tracked clicks, sales and payout details. Seller information may additionally include legal or business name, PAN where requested, bank or UPI details, products, ownership declarations and settlement records.

Authentication and account data

When Sign in with ChatGPT is used, CHOICEVIA receives the basic profile information shown on the consent screen, such as name, username, email and profile picture. CHOICEVIA does not receive ChatGPT conversation history.

Payment information

Cashfree processes customer payments. CHOICEVIA does not request or store card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs or internet-banking passwords. Transaction references, payment status and settlement deductions may be retained for accounting, fraud review and support.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, process and deliver orders, attribute affiliate activity, review seller products, calculate earnings, record payouts, prevent misuse, answer support requests and comply with accounting or legal duties.

Access and sharing

Private account and payout information is restricted to the account holder and authorised CHOICEVIA admin. Necessary information may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, payment or professional service providers, or disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use access controls and private storage for sensitive operational records. No online system is completely risk-free; users must protect their account and immediately report suspected misuse.

Retention and user requests

Records are retained only as reasonably required for service, disputes, payouts, tax, accounting and legal compliance. Users may request access or correction through the Contact page. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained by law or for legitimate dispute prevention.
