Digital delivery policy

CHOICEVIA sells digitally delivered eBooks, courses, templates, audio and other approved digital resources. No physical item is shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Delivery timing

After Cashfree confirms a successful payment, the confirmation page provides the available secure download or access link. Delivery is normally immediate, although payment verification may occasionally take several minutes.

Delivery formats

An eBook may be supplied as a private PDF download. A course or other digital product may use a private access link or instructions supplied after payment. Access is for the buyer and may not be redistributed.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers must enter a correct email and mobile number, use a compatible device and save the order ID. Download links or access credentials must not be shared publicly.

Delayed or failed delivery

If payment is successful but access does not appear, keep the Cashfree order ID and contact support. We will verify the payment and restore access, request seller assistance or provide another appropriate resolution.

Third-party platforms

Products purchased through Amazon Kindle or another external platform are delivered and governed by that platform’s account, checkout and delivery rules.
